Our courses for seniors are designed to honor your wisdom, promote emotional well-being, and provide tools to transcend with grace and dignity. Through gentle movement, contemplative practices, and intergenerational connections, seniors will participate in activities focused on self-reflection, legacy building, and holistic well-being.

It is addressed to all those people who are going through stages where death becomes closer (also for their families) with the purpose of sharing information on how to face this moment and new points of view about who we are and what the path of the  soul is during life and after transition.

Family Support Program: “Compassionate End of Life Care” Our Family Support Program offers compassionate guidance and resources to help families navigate the emotional, practical and spiritual aspects of supporting seniors through the dying process. . Our goal is to create a supportive community where families can find comfort, share experiences, and receive the tools necessary to provide loving care and support during this delicate time.

  1. Emotional and spiritual guide:
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to family members as they navigate the grief, loss, and spiritual dimensions of the end-of-life journey.
  • Offer resources for meditation, mindfulness, and spiritual practices to help families find peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Help families understand the practical aspects of end-of-life care, including managing health care decisions, creating advance directives, and accessing appropriate support services.

Facilitate opportunities for older adults and their families to engage in life review, storytelling, and legacy-building activities, allowing them to share wisdom, memories, and cherished moments.
